Family has always been number one and it shows when we tell stories around the events of our lives growing up in Scandia and the friends we have made along the way. The unique thing is that we consider friends as family and sometimes, if the opportunity arises, customer and co-workers as friends as well. So, you can see where this philosophy leads and why Bob has some repeat customers that are now close friends of more than 30 years. Robert "Bob" Brunfelt
 Bob was born and raised on the Iron Range in northeastern Minnesota. He graduated from Mt. Iron High School and Virginia Junior College. Bob played all sports, especially enjoying football at the high school and Jr. College level. Bob taught school for 6 years in Gilbert, MN and 9 years in the Forest Lake, MN school system. He was a sixth grade teacher and Building Principal in both areas. Bob and his wife, Carol, built a house in New Scandia Township and have lived there since 1971. They raised 4 sons (Brian, Jarad, Ross and Adam) in Merrywood on Sand Lake. Licensed as a real estate agent since 1972, Bob has enjoyed much success and earned a reputation of high business integrity, well-known in the Forest Lake area real estate market.

Ross Brunfelt
 Ross grew up on Sand Lake in Scandia and is still close friends with many of those neighborhood kids to this day. He graduated from FLHS in 1989 and University of MN - Duluth in 1994. Lake Superior had grown on him like it does to so many, so he stayed on and found a job selling mountain bike clothing and hardware for a small start-up company. This provided invaluable experience, but eventually closed shop - this is when Bob convinced him to try Real Estate and the rest is history. Back to his roots, Ross lives in Scandia together with his beautiful wife and sons: Mindy, Tristan and Lucas.

Adam Brunfelt
 Adam also grew up on Sand Lake in the neighborhood which back in the '70's consisted of about fifteen homes total; it was sometimes known as 'Merrywood'. He graduated from FLHS in 1992 and University of MN - Carlson School of Management in 1997. During those school years, he put in many hours working at Abrahamson's Nursery and still credits some of his learned work ethic to that job. He worked for U.S. Bank for 6 years after achieving his CPA before finally giving in to Ross' requests to join him and their Dad in Real Estate in 2002. They all worked at a previous broker before researching and deciding on a business move to Keller Williams Premier Realty and have been together here since July of 2003. Adam has achieved great success by quickly learning the skills necessary to sell new construction and grow sales with J. Thompson Homes, Inc. to new highs. He has also been instrumental in sales of existing homes and looks forward to helping you during your next move. Adam helped the entire team reach distinction as some of the best Realtors in the nation, and the #1 team in the Midwest according to sales volume.
